• Applicants must earn an annual salary equal to 50 times the rental value (multiply monthly rent by 50 and that must the equal to total household annual income).
• If the applicant is a student we permit guarantors and co-signers for the applicant.
• The credit history of the applicant and the guarantor must be completely clean, with no delinquencies.
• The applicant and guarantor must have no housing court action.
• If an applicant is not a student then the applicant must be employed in the same position for over one-year.
• Applicant must pass interview and must bring in requested documentation.
